Refund/Return Policy

All the products are made to order. Therefore, there is no refund for products delivered in good condition.

What are the terms and conditions for a Refund?

In case of the following scenarios, you are eligible for a full refund:

  • The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received a damaged product.

You can claim for a refund within 5 days after receiving your product. However, please note that we do not accept refunds for prints with obvious signs of use or opened art frames, any items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

How long does the refund procedure take?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order. The expected time for the refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days. Please note that the refund time may vary from bank to bank.

Cancellation Policy

The buyer can cancel their order within 4 hours from the time of placing the order. The order cannot be cancelled after 4 hours under any circumstances.

In case the order returns to the origin after a failed delivery attempt, shipping charges will be applicable to send the courier again for Art Frames.

Continuing which, If the customer wants to cancel the order in this case, 40% of the amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded through digital channel.

Gift cards
